The SPS room is located at S16-03-02 in the Faculty of Science of the National University of Singapore. To get here, you can take an internal shuttle bus (A1 or D2) or SBS bus 95 from Kent Ridge Station and alight at the Lim Seng Tjoe Bldg (LT 27) bus stop. Head to the third floor of building S16 and you should see the SPS logo on a pair of double doors on the right of the main area (picture).
