Capturing the Dynamics Around Us

The world we live in incredibly dynamic. The examples can be endless: trees grow; viruses spread, populations chang. One of the greatest achievements (and challenges) of science is to build theories that can accurately model these dynamic systems. This almost always involves mathematics in the language of differential equations. Most of these differential equations that describe nature are complicated to solve. But computers (again) comes to our rescue.
