Type of pet/s: 5 guinea pigs, 1 hamster ( i also have 4 birds, 2 birds, 1 siberian husky, and 1 siamese cat)My amazing pet/s:
Buddy is my golden agouti guinea pig. He will come when called by his
name, begs for treats, gives me kisses when I'm sad and when I'm holding him for comfort, and when he's down on the floor running around and I lay down and ask him for a hug, he'll walk over and nestle close to me, sometimes putting his lil "hands" on my shoulder giving me a "hug" :)Nike is a tortiseshell and white guinea pig. He can REALLY jump!! He loves to jump from the floor onto the couch and then hop back off. He also LOVES to hop up the stairs. I like to let him loose at the bottom of the stairs and attempt to beat him to the top...more often than not he beats me!! ( i do have to watch where I step since he is always right next to my feet hopping away, so i have to watch where I go :)
I guess that's enough of my guinea pigs :)
Pepper my hamster is a sweetie but she really doesn't do much...She likes to walk around on my bed and burrow under my blankets to play hide-and-go-seek :)
Type of pet: Guinea pig - black, short hair and really shiny :)My amazing pet/s: This is the story of how I got my "Gippy". I went into the pet store and I noticed they had two guinea pigs for sale (identical). One was $15.99 and the other $7.50. I asked the store owners why this was and it was because one of the guinea pigs had a deformed leg. I thought that maybe nobody would want to buy him, so instead of leaving him to grow old in a pet store, I bought him! And what a deal.....he's the sweetest guinea pig in the whole world (purely subjective opinion :)). Anyways, upon closer examination of his foot, I've come to believe that his foot was broken when he was quite young and instead of growing back straight, it grew back crooked.
However, I think it helps him when he cleans the top of his head :)
Another thoughtful owner...Tammy's Guinea pig Description: An american guinea pig. He is a shiny brown color, very cute.
His name is Charlie. My amazing pet: My guinea pig came from the Animal Rescue League of Boston. He's a sweety. Charlie is deformed. His upper teeth overlap his lower. He is only a baby right now. He can't eat too crunchy foods without us grinding it for him. This is how our first guinea pig turned out. We have to go to the vet every month to clip his teeth. This is unfortuneatly "pricey"!! Besides this, he's a great pet.
